That Priness Leia wig slays me. My kids were always "dress-er up-pers." In the late 1990's my oldest son came upstairs announcing, "This is what I'm wearing for Halloween!" "Ooookaaay...what is it?" Disgusted sigh. "I'M HAN SOLO IN HOTH GEAR!" I was an idiot not to realize he was not only dressed as the character, but more specifically, the action figure. The next year, after the release of The Phantom Menace, I took charge and made both my sons Obi-Wan costumes. Brown flowing hooded robe, linen tunic with sash, braided doll hair taped behind their ears. And for myself: Queen Amidala. :) For some reason, I have NO photos of them in these costumes. But I did recently find a photo of my son dressed as General MacArthur. AWESOME! JUST AWESOME!
